3. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Maximan Productions LLC retains ownership of underlying production methods, templates, and proprietary processes. Ownership or licensing rights for final deliverables are defined in your project agreement.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate services according to the terms set out in the signed agreement. Fees for work completed, booked production resources, or approved milestones remain payable.

5. Changes

Maximan Productions LLC may update these Terms at any time to reflect operational, legal, or service changes. Continued use of the website indicates acceptance of the latest version.
